The International Business Awards, which is one of the most coveted business award programs, received more than 3,300 entries from organizations in more than 50 nations and in virtually every industry. More than 300 professionals around the world participated in the judging process which led to UPC DTH’s Best Customer Service CEE award.
Companies often use a customer loyalty metric called Net Promoter Score (NPS) to measure customer satisfaction and affinity with the brand. The NPS is a metric which looks at how likely a customer is to recommend a service to a friend or a relative. It also gauges the loyalty of a customer. Recent research – based on NPS scores - shows that customers are more likely to recommend UPC DTH services and they are the most satisfied customers within the Satellite TV industry in the three markets included in the results.
